Efficient Circulating Water Treatment
We use a "side-stream filtration + scale and corrosion inhibition + sterilization" process to treat circulating water. This controls the circulating water concentration to 4-6 times.
Specialized Wastewater Treatment
For rolling steel wastewater, we use a "coagulation sedimentation + magnetic separation" process. For coking wastewater, we apply an "ammonia stripping + A/O + advanced treatment" process.
High-Rate Water Reuse
A dual-stage RO system treats the compliant wastewater, allowing the produced water to be reused for critical processes like blast furnace cooling and slag flushing.
