Pressure-Driven Mechanical Filtration
The system operates using a pressure-driven mechanical interception filtering technology. Source water flows through the filter's shell and is forced through the microporous structure of the internal filter cartridges.
Durable Housing Materials
We offer housing materials tailored to water quality: 316L stainless steel for strong corrosive environments like seawater desalination and chemical wastewater, and PP/PVC plastic for general drinking water pretreatment. The stainless steel housing uses an integrated molding process with no welding dead corners to prevent leakage.
High-Performance Cartridges
We provide a variety of filter cartridges (pleated or melt-blown) with different precision levels (0.1–120μm). Pleated cartridges offer a larger filtration area and 20% longer service life. Food-grade PP material complies with FDA and GMP standards for pharmaceutical and food industries.
Pressure Monitoring
Equipped with a stainless steel pressure differential gauge for real-time monitoring of cartridge clogging, which facilitates timely maintenance.
