  1. Preliminary Treatment: Wastewater (sewage) first passes through a grating well (for large solid removal) and a catch basin for initial settlement.

  2. Chemical & Physical Treatment: The water then enters a pH regulating tank for neutralization. An air flotation machine is used to remove suspended solids, fats, and oils. Ammonia nitrogen stripping (with a blower) follows to reduce ammonia levels.

  3. Biological Treatment (Core Process): The water undergoes advanced biological purification in an anaerobic tank (for hydrolysis and acidification), an AO tank (Anoxic/Oxic for denitrification and nitrification), and an MBR tank (Membrane Bioreactor) for highly efficient organic matter removal and solid-liquid separation. This step includes mixed liquid reflux.

  4. Sludge & Final Polishing: Treated water from the MBR is clarified in a sedimentation tank. Excess sludge is diverted to a sludge tank, thickened, and dewatered using a filter press до sludge transportation. The clarified water is stored in a clear water backwash tank and can be used for system backwashing. Finally, the treated water meets standards for compliance discharge.
