Laboratory Deionized Water System
Laboratory Deionized Water System provides professional pure and ultrapure water solutions for various laboratories. These systems utilize multi-stage filters, RO, UV, and ion exchange technologies to produce water that meets international standards for research, testing, and analytical applications.
Lab Water Purification Systems Type

Type 1 Water Machine
Type 1 is suitable for ultra-high purity requirements (such as LC-MS organic analysis, cell culture, HPLC, TOC analysis, etc.)

Type 2 Water Machine
Type 2 supplying water to non-analytical equipment, assisting in preliminary sample preparation steps like like serum test.

Type 3 Water Machine
Type 3 is primarily used in scenarios that do not require ultra-high purity, such as routine rinsing and washing of beakers and flasks
Key Features of Our Lab Water Purification Systems
Advanced Multi-Stage Technology:
Our systems are equipped with multi-stage pre-filters, RO (Reverse Osmosis), UF (Ultrafiltration), ion exchange, and final filters. Specific models also feature UV lamps for enhanced purification.
Real-time Monitoring
The touch screen models provide real-time online monitoring of water quality, including pure water conductivity and ultra-pure water resistivity. They also track pressure and consumable lifespan.
Dual Water Outputs
Our systems provide both pure water and ultrapure water outputs to meet the diverse needs of lab applications. The output of pure water is over 10 L/H, while the ultrapure water output is over 1 to 1.5 L/min for most models.
Compact and Versatile Design
All units are equipped with a purification unit, a reservoir, and accessories in a single unit. They are available in both desktop and vertical designs to suit various space demands.
Advantages of Our Deionized Water Systems
High-Quality Water Standards: Our systems consistently deliver pure and ultrapure water that meets GB 6682-2008 Type 3 water standards, as well as ASTM, CAP, NCCLS, and USP requirements.
Superior Impurity Removal: The use of high-quality dual UV lamps with wavelengths of 254nm and 185nm can reduce TOC to 1-3 ppb, which improves the ion exchange function. Additionally, our ultrafiltration filter, imported from the USA, removes endotoxins and pyrogens.
User-Friendly Operation: The optional 5.0-inch color touch screen allows for fingertip operation and provides data records for filter and RO membrane usage time, simplifying maintenance.
Tailored Solutions: We offer a variety of models, including single and double-pass RO systems, to handle different feed water TDS levels. Our systems can also be customized with capacities from 5 L/H to 150 L/H.

Frequently Asked Questions
laboratory deionized water system is a machine that purifies tap water through multiple stages, including RO and ion exchange, to produce high-purity water suitable for laboratory applications.
Our systems use a combination of advanced technologies, including multi-stage pre-filters, RO membranes, and an ultra-purification cartridge with Dow and Rohm Haas resins to remove ionic and organic contaminants to below trace levels.
The single-pass RO system is suitable for feed water with a TDS of less than 200ppm. The double-pass RO system is designed for feed water with a TDS between 200ppm and 400ppm to ensure higher water quality.
The lifespan of the consumables varies by type. For example, the PP filter should be replaced every 3-6 months, the RO membrane lasts for 1-2 years, and the UV lamp has a lifespan of 8,000 hours.
Yes. Specific models, like the Molgene and Molcell series, are designed for molecular biology, offering extremely low TOC (<3 ppb) and endotoxin levels (<0.025 EU/ml) for applications such as PCR, DNA/RNA research, and proteomics.
