Type 1 Ultrapure Water System is designed for laboratories requiring the highest grade of water purity. This system delivers ultrapure water with a resistivity of up to 18.2 MΩ·cm and can reduce TOC to 1-3 ppb, making it ideal for the most sensitive scientific applications.

The optional 5.0-inch color touch screen provides on-line monitoring of working conditions and water quality, including pure water conductivity and ultrapure water resistivity. It also tracks the lifespan of consumables.
Dual-Output Capability
The system provides both pure water (Type III) and ultrapure water (Type I), with a pure water output of 10L/H and ultrapure water output of 1-1.5L/min.

Type 1 ultrapure water has the highest level of purity, with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm. It's required for sensitive lab applications such as HPLC, molecular biology experiments, and cell culture, where the presence of impurities could affect test results.
Our systems use a high-quality dual UV lamp with wavelengths of 254nm and 185nm, which can break down organic matter to CO2 and H2O, reducing TOC (Total Organic Carbon) to 1-3 ppb.
Single-stage RO systems are recommended for feed water with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) less than 200ppm. Double-stage RO systems are used for feed water with a higher TDS (200-400ppm) to ensure better water quality.
The system includes a terminal filter with a size of 0.22µm to remove particles greater than 0.22µm and keep the particulate count less than 1 per ml.
