Integrated Industrial Wastewater & Waste Gas Treatment Process

This process efficiently treats complex industrial wastewater and associated waste gases through an integrated physical and chemical system.

  1. Initial Collection & Equalization: Industrial wastewater is first collected in a water storage tank and then flows to an equalization tank to homogenize its flow and characteristics.

  2. Core Chemical Treatment: The wastewater undergoes primary breakdown in a degradation tank, often with the aid of chemical agents (Decomposing agent). It then proceeds to an oxidation tank for further destruction of organic pollutants.

  3. Parallel Waste Gas Treatment: Industrial waste gas is treated in a spray tower (containing packing for surface area) where it is scrubbed by a liquid spray. Gases are moved through the system by an anti-corrosion fan and an air collector.

  4. Pollutant Capture & Recycling: The scrubbing liquid, which captures pollutants from the gas, circulates through three circulating water tanks. Contaminants are removed from this water using an adsorbent (e.g., activated carbon). The saturated adsorbent is then dried and removed as a solid waste (extract filter cake).
